The Sunday Special this weekend has a comfort food theme, since it is supposed to be another Rainday, instead of Sunday. We’re having Meatloaf, baked homemade Mac & Cheese, and veggies, and choice of Blueberry Cobbler or Cookies and Cream Icebox cake (which my Gramma Rabb used to make, and I loved).
We tested a Jalapeno Popper Poutine last week, and man it was good. Our usual poutine, with the addition of chopped up Jalapenos, American Cheese, and some Bacon. So that’s available this weekend.
The Specialty Pizza this weekend will be the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Our pizza crust and sauce topped with chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, and bacon, sprinkled with onions, cheese, and drizzled with ranch. Combining pizza and wings into one food was a good idea right from the start.
