This weekend the Sunday Special will be Pork Souvlaki with Rice Pilaf, Greek Potatoes, and Greek Salad, and Fresh Yellow Beans (just because we have them, and those fresh out of the garden beans are so delicious) with Blueberry Eclair Cake for dessert.
Pierogi Pizza will be our Specialty Pizza this weekend. Our crust and sauce topped with pieces of Pierogi, caramelized onions, and bacon, topped off with mozza cheese, and served with a side of sour cream. It is deliciously different.
Also our deck is almost finished, but certainly enough to be usable, so we have a few seats on it for those who would like to dine here al fresco.
It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful weekend, so I hope everyone enjoys the nice weather.
